Must Have:
Required Skills:
•Automation: Expertise in Ansible and Python for automation.
•Scripting: Proficiency in Python and Shell scripting.
•Tool Integration: Experience with ServiceNow, Dynatrace, and other monitoring tools like – AIOps, Datadog, Splunk
•Batch Technologies: Knowledge of Informatica and Control-M.
•Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
•Experience in Power Automate, Power BI tools
Role Overview:
We are seeking a Service Reliability Automation Engineer with expertise in Ansible and Python for automating system operations and improving reliability. work with tools like ServiceNow, Dynatrace, databases, and batch technologies such as Informatica and Control-M.
Key Responsibilities:
•Automation Design: Build and maintain automation frameworks using Ansible and Python to streamline operational processes.
•Tool Integration: Automate integrations with tools like ServiceNow, Dynatrace, and Soar Winds for incident management and monitoring.
•Batch Automation: Automate batch processes using tools like Informatica and Control-M to enhance efficiency and reliability.
•Monitoring & Alerts: Implement automated monitoring and alert systems using tools like Dy-natrace and Splunk.
•Configuration Management: Use Ansible, Terraform for infrastructure configuration and au-tomation across environments.
Experience Required-: 6-10
