Site Quality Manager/Lead

Our client, a leading Consulting Engineering Firm is looking for an experienced Site Quality Manager/Lead who will be responsible for the site quality planning and implementation. They have the responsibility to ensure that construction best practices are followed by implementing an appropriate site quality surveillance and improvement program leading to an effective, efficient and agile handover and close-out of construction work. Key Responsibilities: Provide estimates for proposals for Site Quality Manager/Lead; Ensure compliance with client's requirements and specifications; Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and identify potential issues; Develop and implement a comprehensive site quality plan; Coordinate with project team members to ensure effective communication and collaboration; Identify and report any deviations from the planned scope of work; Provide recommendations for process improvements; Monitor and control construction activities to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Engineering or related field, at least 5 years of experience in site quality management, excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in MS Office.
