Your future role

Take on a new challenge and use your organizational and planning skills in an innovative and forward-looking area. You will work closely with engaged and meticulous colleagues in a collaborative team.

I your role, you will be a vital link between the management group and various internal and external stakeholders. You contribute to creating effective workflows and smooth communication throughout the organization. Your daily routine will include close collaboration with production, HR, finance, procurement, and external suppliers, as well as structuring documentation and archiving.

Your responsibilities

  • Plan and optimize staffing for production personnel
  • Handle incoming requests and matters in a professional manner
  • Create and maintain an efficient documentation and archiving system
  • Be responsible for fact handling, procurement orders, and follow-up against suppliers and finance
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries
  • Serve as a contact person to suppliers
  • Handle all procurement requests and orders, including external supplier inquiries

To succeed in the role

  • A post-secondary education in business administration or similar
  • Experience with administrative tasks such as scheduling, travel bookings, and fact handling
  • Familiarity with report tools, presentation materials, and supplier management
  • Good communication skills in both Swedish and English, spoken and written
  • Much good organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or equivalent
  • A collaborative and flexible attitude in work with various functions
