Vision To lead the market in repairing aircraft components for the commercial aviation aftermarket. p145 Facility Manager - Position Summary Reporting to the Regional VP, you'll lead operations across departments, ensuring seamless integration of processes, procedures, and systems. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee daily operations, including maintenance, repair, and overhaul activities. • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination. • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and employee engagement. • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies. • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Regional VP, Operations Manager, and other department heads. • Develop and manage budgets for facility operations, ensuring financial performance meets expectations. • Identify and mitigate risks associated with facility operations, implementing corrective actions as needed. • Provide exceptional customer service to internal customers, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes, applying this knowledge to continuously improve processes and performance. • Lead by example, promoting a positive work environment, and fostering open communication and collaboration among team members. • Develop and manage a high-performing team, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure individual and collective success. • Ensure all activities are performed in accordance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. • Perform other duties as assigned by the Regional VP or Operations Manager. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, operations management). • 5+ years of experience in facility management, operations management, or a related field. • Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams and driving process improvements. • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards applicable to the aviation aftermarket. • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • Familiarity with ERP systems and other business software applications. • Strong analytical and financial management skills. • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes.
