Site Operations Manager (m/w/d)

Tasks

As Site Operations Manager (m/w/d), you will be responsible for the following tasks:

Administration / Account Management:

• Leading the operational team
• Analyzing weekly KPI reports and rolling forecasts to monitor business performance
• Timely implementation of crisis management to optimize complex business problems
• Organizing regular customer meetings to steer, evaluate, and improve cooperation as well as to exchange information about problems, measures taken, projects, and developments
• Identifying opportunities for business expansion
• Direct reporting to the SDS Management Board

Ensuring operational efficiency:

• Implementing business requirements in efficient business processes
• Responsibility for operative G&U
• Identifying and implementing potential cost savings in ongoing operations

Qualification

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics/SCM
• 7-10 years of relevant professional experience
• Experience in inventory management, personnel management, and G&U
• Excellent MS-Office skills
• Experience with ERP and WMS systems (preferably SAP)
• Good English and German language skills
• Operational management skills combined with leadership competencies
• Outstanding communication skills and persuasion abilities
• A far-sightedness and a hands-on mentality
