Site Nurse 3rd Shift

DATAMARK, Inc. seeks a site nurse for our second shift dedicated and proactive team member to join our operations center team. The site nurse will be responsible for providing on-site medical services to employees, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment, and promoting overall employee well-being. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate nurse who promotes health and preventive care.

As a site nurse, you will evaluate the health needs of employees, provide first aid and emergency care when necessary, manage employee medical records, and develop health programs designed to promote wellness in the workplace. Your contribution will be fundamental in fostering a culture of health and safety at DATAMARK.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and examine employees' health on-site.
• Provide first aid, emergency care, and treatment for work-related injuries.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure the confidentiality of employee health information.
• Educate employees on health topics, wellness programs, and injury prevention strategies.
• Collaborate with HR and management to develop and implement health programs.
• Supervise the work environment to ensure compliance with safety and health standards.

Requirements

DATAMARK site nurse qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and certification in occupational health nursing or case management. Active state nursing license as a registered nurse.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in nursing, preferably in an industrial or occupational health setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to conduct online research, use a scanner, photocopier/printer, and other related office equipment.
• Bilingual is a plus.
