• Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and program targets are met

• Join a $20M aged-care project

• Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and suppliers effectively

• Build strong working relationships with project teams and clients

• Drive site performance and delivery

• Ensure compliance with company policies, systems, and procedures

• Experience delivering commercial construction projects upwards of $10M+

• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
