Salary: $125,000 - $140,000 + Super + Pay Reviews + Incentives

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Site Manager to oversee operations at a Footscray recycling facility. This pivotal role involves managing daily site activities, ensuring operational efficiency, and leading a dedicated team in a high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of site operations, including logistics, recycling processes, and customer service.

• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance.

• Manage site budgets, resources, and equipment maintenance schedules.
