Site Manager

Site Manager Velto Renewables (Velto), a subsidiary of La Caisse (Caisse de Dépôt et Placement de Québec), is looking for 2 Site Managers to join its team in Madrid, Spain, and work closely with the AM team reporting jointly to the Head of Asset Management and the Operations Manager. Velto owns and operates more than 130 solar photovoltaic projects in Spain and France, with a total installed capacity exceeding 607 MW. These assets generate over 936 GWh of clean energy annually, enough to power ..., and contribute to the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions by approximately 1,200,000 tons CO2 equivalent per year. The selected candidates will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of Velto's solar photovoltaic sites in Spain, including monitoring and controlling the performance of the assets, performing routine maintenance tasks, and coordinating with external contractors. They will also work closely with the AM team to ensure that all site-related activities are aligned with Velto's overall strategy and goals. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in renewable energy, solar photovoltaic systems, and asset management, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills. A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related field is required, and a master's degree is an asset.
