Job Description Site Manager – Tomoana Opportunity to lead a critical site at Kraft Heinz Watties! We’re seeking a site manufacturing leader to drive the transformation agenda—elevating operational efficiency, customer and consumer outcomes, and culture—while coordinating core operations across materials and production planning, execution, quality, risk, maintenance, and safety. About the Role As Site Manager, you will be responsible for: Providing leadership, direction, and coaching to all site-based teams. Ensuring the efficient and safe operation of the site, including production, packaging, warehousing, and associated support functions. Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance and reduce costs. Managing site budgets and ensuring financial targets are met. Maintaining a strong safety culture and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. Developing and implementing site strategies in alignment with the overall business objectives. Fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment. Key Responsibilities: Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing team. Provide clear direction and expectations. Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Operations: Oversee all aspects of site operations, including production, packaging, warehousing, and support functions. Ensure the efficient and effective utilisation of resources. Implement and manage production schedules. Drive operational excellence and ensure the highest standards of quality and safety. Financial Management: Manage site budgets and ensure financial targets are met. Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs). Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement and implement appropriate initiatives. Drive continuous improvement through the use of lean manufacturing principles. Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress. Safety and Compliance: Ensure a safe working environment for all employees. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations. Implement and maintain safety programs. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organisation. About You: Proven experience in a manufacturing leadership role. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and principles. Excellent leadership and people management skills. Proven ability to drive continuous improvement. Strong financial acumen and budget management skills.
