Job description
A Site Manager is sought by a Tier 2 Builder, to manage a $40 million industrial construction project in Western Sydney.
The Opportunity:
The Opportunity:
- Working for a busy Tier 2 Builder on industrial construction projects from $30 million to $200 million
- You will be working on a $40 million industrial construction project.
- You will be managing a Foreman and Leading Hand, reporting to a Project Manager
- $220k to $245K package
- Immediate start
- Long term permanent opportunity
- Western Sydney based site
- 13 Flexible RDO's a year
- An established Tier 2 Builder
- T/0 $350 million
- Reporting to a Senior Project Manager
- This successful builder focuses on industrial construction projects.
- Projects between $20 million to $200 million
- A Trade Certificate, Carpentry Cert III preferred
- Previous supervisory experience with a Tier 2 Builder in NSW essential
- Industrial construction experience preferred
- Driven and keen to progress your career with a busy Tier 2 builder
- Experience managing industrial or commercial construction projects over $25 million with a Tier 2 Builder
- A steady career history and previous site management background
- Solid programming experience
- Experience with Procore
- Highly competent with IT, documents and Apps
