Site Manager

Are you ready for your next project? Thorn Baker Construction will be looking for experienced site managers with a background in working on Build and Housing projects to work on projects around Hull and surrounding areas in the next few months The Role: Work alongside Contracts manager in a positive and collaborative manner. Set a personal example by wearing relevant PPE whilst on site. Undertake day to day responsibility for safe delivery of all site based operations. Supervision of subcontractors, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Ensure that all site activities are carried out safely and efficiently. Coordinate with other departments to ensure effective communication and minimize delays. Monitor and control site costs, ensuring projects are delivered within budget. Identify and report any potential hazards or near misses on site. Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, colleagues and stakeholders. Provide support and guidance to junior staff members. Ensure all site based activities are in line with company policies and procedures. The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction management, preferably with experience working on Build and Housing projects.
