Your Tasks

Operative project management for industrial plant construction projects
Assigning and leading a team of engineers and technicians (internal and external staff)
Site preparation, equipment and material procurement, and quality control
Monitoring and implementing work safety guidelines and quality management
Organizational responsibility for meeting deadlines and budgets
Interface between project management and customers
Conducting site meetings and training sessions

Your Profile

Degree in metal technology, mechanical engineering, plant construction, or steel construction
Multiple years of experience as a senior engineer or project manager required
Fundamental knowledge of industrial plant construction or piping systems
Excellent German language skills and good IT user skills (MS Office)
Self-motivated, structured, and responsible work style
High customer orientation, organizational strength, and assertiveness
Team and communication skills
Willingness to travel
