Site Manager

Our company is looking for a dedicated and talented Site Manager to join our dynamic team. If you have excellent management skills and want to be part of an innovative work environment, this position may be suitable for you.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise construction works for solar power plants.
• Take over projects after the design phase and manage/govern on-site work until handover to O&M.
• Execute projects by coordinating with EPC team, correlating procedures, and handing over to O&M.
• Coordinate all subcontractors and on-site works.
• Monitor and control deadlines/contractual terms, costs, quality, and SSM.
• Publish reports, administrative documentation, and technical manuals.
• Identify risks and corresponding solutions.
• Collaborate with material suppliers, receive materials, and hand them over to subcontractors/partners.
• Inform PM (project manager) about the status/progress of works through reports.

Candidates:

• Higher education in engineering - construction;
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the field; 
• Good communication skills - systematic approach;
• Able to coordinate complex projects with our partners;
• Familiarity with procurement, construction, and logistics processes for investment projects;
• Understanding of solar power technologies demonstrated through management experience;
• Moderate level of English; Romanian is an advantage, as well as other foreign languages: German, Spanish, French;
• Availability for prolonged travel to different project locations.
