TEN Recruitment is working with a contractor delivering high-quality shop fitouts across WA. This short-term opportunity is ideal for an experienced Site Manager looking to step into an immediate project with strong client backing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily site operations for shop fitout projects
- Supervise subcontractors and ensure safe site practices
- Deliver projects within scope, on time, and to quality standards
- Communicate effectively with clients and project stakeholders
- Previous experience as a Site Manager on retail/shop fitouts
- Ability to manage fast-paced projects with tight deadlines
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Availability to start in October
- $60 – $70 p/h + Super
- 3-month contract with a respected contractor
- Hillarys-based project starting October
