We’re growing our leadership team and are looking for experienced carpenters at the top of their trade to step into key roles. Site Manager Our Site Managers lead and supervise all aspects of the building process on-site, ensuring the smooth daily running of our residential projects. This includes coordinating with project managers, site engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. You will be responsible for managing site resources, including materials, equipment, and personnel, as well as maintaining a safe working environment. Your expertise in carpentry and construction methods will enable you to provide guidance and support to our on-site team. As Second in Charge, you will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure that projects are delivered to the highest standard, on time, and within budget.
