Join our dynamic team as a Site Manager (Jumet).
We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead our on-site operations with excellence and professionalism.
Your Mission: As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for the secure, efficient, and qualitative execution of all site activities under your responsibility. You will ensure the achievement of operational objectives as well as compliance with safety and quality standards through effective leadership and continuous improvement, while respecting current legislation and regulations.
Your main tasks:
Site Management:
- Direct the optimal execution of site activities
- Manage budgets and control operational and maintenance costs
- Ensure compliance with Seveso obligations (safety and environment)
- Optimize resource availability (personnel, equipment, means)
- Supervise external suppliers and subcontractors
- Manage facility management (buildings, terrain, security, access)
Team Management:
- Lead and develop operational teams
- Define priorities, coordinate work, and control execution
- Ensure employee training and professional development
- Foster communication between different site teams
Ongoing Improvement & Compliance :
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement
- Suggest process optimizations and participate in development projects
- Ensure respect for HSE standards in collaboration with the H&S Manager
- Comply with environmental regulations (permits, audits, emissions)
- Guarantee application of all internal procedures and regulations
Your workplace is our site at Jumet (Charleroi region). You will report to the Operations Manager.
