Site Manager

• Manage all aspects of various projects, including planning, organizing, and controlling project activities.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure successful project execution.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to schedules and budgets.
• Oversee and enforce compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction.
• Provide regular updates to project stakeholders, including clients and senior management.
• Manage and control project costs, including tracking expenses and negotiating contracts.

• Proven experience as a Site Manager in the transportation industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to project sites.

Salary: Negotiable.
