Site Manager Raalte

Our client STEF Nederland is in full motion. We are looking for a connecting leader for them who can merge the two logistic locations in Raalte into one strong logistic organization. As Site Manager at STEF Nederland in Raalte, you will play a crucial role in the transition to a joint new site in 2028. You are responsible for the optimal functioning of national and international transport activities, cross-docking, and warehousing. Can you ensure continuity while transforming the organization?

The Role

As Site Manager - Raalte at STEF, you are operationally ultimately responsible for the activities in Raalte. You play a central role in the transition to one joint location and ensure that the current locations increasingly function as one organization. Your responsibilities include leading the daily operation with a focus on quality, efficiency, and customer orientation, developing one management team and a common culture within the organization, facilitating collaboration between transport, warehousing, and support departments, implementing improvement projects, and stimulating employee development, ensuring QSHE policy and commercial and operational profitability, and overseeing the preparation and commissioning of the new location.

Who You Are

You are an experienced professional with a passion for logistics and leadership. You have a strong background in successfully leading teams and achieving changes within organizations. You possess:

• A minimum of a completed Bachelor's degree (HBO) with 10 years of experience in transport and logistics.
• Demonstrable results in change and project management, including integration of business units.
• Leadership experience with the ability to connect and develop teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and commercial skills.
• Analytical and strategic thinking with a hands-on mentality.
