Position

Progeco Group, a multidisciplinary services company operating in the Green Energy and Oil & Gas sector, is currently looking for a figure for the construction of a photovoltaic plant:

SITE MANAGER

Main Activities:

• Control and certify the quantity and quality of materials and resources used, the progress of the works, their compliance with the project and legal standards, and company provisions regarding Safety, Health, and Environment, and their impeccable execution;
• Assistance during the tests required by the quality control plan and drafting of the relevant reports;
• Management of non-conformities and related reporting;
• Report defects and non-conformities of the works, delays in the execution of the works, and any other identified non-compliance;
• Measure, in agreement with the executing company, the executed works and check the progress of the works;
• Coordinate field supervisors;
• Interface with the appointed Coordinator for Safety of Works in Execution;
• Site surveillance activities on safety and environmental issues in accordance with the PSC and Legislative Decree 81/08.

Requirements

• Technical diploma or degree in civil engineering;
• Previous experience in the role;
• Previous experience in the construction of PV plants.

Other Information

• Work location: Monastir
• Working hours: 8 hours per day / 5 days per week
• Contract duration: 12 months with possibility of extension
• Contract type: employment with PROGECO GROUP
• Applied CCNL: Metalmeccanico CCNL
• Initial salary / expected salary range: indicative annual salary between €30,000 and €38,000, defined based on experience, skills, and applicable classification, according to objective and gender-neutral criteria.
• Allowances: Any additional benefits related to business travel and/or mobility within the territory are foreseen, where applicable, according to the contractual, fiscal, and organizational conditions provided for the project.
