SITE MANAGER

Orienta Orienta Spa - Benefit Company - Ivrea branch is seeking a SITE MANAGER for an external client. The resource will be responsible for the management and supervision of projects related to the installation, maintenance, and optimization of automated systems in industrial or productive settings. This position requires technical skills, coordination abilities, and a strong attention to safety and quality standards. Collaborating with the team involved on site to ensure compliance with customer requirements. Main responsibilities: - Site Management: Supervise all activities on site, ensuring that automation projects are completed within the established times and budgets. - Team Coordination: Direct teams of technicians, assigning tasks and monitoring performance to ensure efficient work. - Technical Implementation: Collaborate with personnel for the installation and commissioning of automated systems, resolving any technical issues on site. - Safety and Compliance: Ensure that all operations comply with workplace safety regulations and project standards. - Communication with Client: Act as a point of reference for clients or committents, providing updates on project status and managing any requests or changes. - Resource Management: Supervise the supply of materials and equipment necessary for the project, optimizing costs and reducing waste. Required Skills: - In-depth knowledge of industrial automation systems, including PLCs, SCADA, and robotics. - Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and mechanical designs. - Experience in managing complex projects and problem-solving. - Excellent leadership and communication skills to coordinate teams and interface with stakeholders. - Familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project) and CAD tools. - Knowledge of safety and quality regulations in the industrial sector. - Availability for medium-term travel within Italy and abroad (70% of time). - Good knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, and fluidic systems. Requirements: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Automation) - Previous experience of at least 3-5 years in similar roles, preferably in the automation industrial or manufacturing sector. - Good knowledge of the English language RAL: 40k Sector: Metalworking Industry Role: Production Type of employment: Indefinite contract
