Project Supervision: Manage all on-site construction activities to ensure multi projects are executed according to the design, schedule, and quality standardsTeam Coordination: Lead and coordinate site teams (handymen), including subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain workflow and productivityHealth & Safety: Enforce health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for all site personnel, particularly in accordance with Cell Production room specificationsProblem Solving: Identify potential issues or delays and implement solutions to mitigate risks or setbacks - and escalate topics to Construction Manager, when needed Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred)Proven experience as a Site Manager or in a similar role within the construction industryProficiency in English written and verbal communication is a must - German or Polish is advantageousStrong decision-making skills and get-things-done attitudeProficiency in construction management software and tools (Navisworks, Bluebeam, MS-Office) Pleasant working atmosphereVaried tasks in a renowned company Within Construction & Property, we recruit executives and specialists in the construction and real estate industry.
