As a Site Manager at Tandarts Today, you will be responsible for leading a practice through transition. Your main task is to create structure, calmness, and support within a team that was used to operating independently. You are the key in professionalizing the practice, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations and quality of care.
We are looking for a natural leader who does not shy away from a challenge. You combine strategic management with a hands-on mentality. You are not only an office manager but also a visible and approachable point of contact on the floor. Together with the Office Manager, you ensure a smooth daily operation, where you also operationally support the front desk to manage the large patient flow.

For our location 'Achtse Barrier' in Eindhoven, which recently emerged from the merger of two practices, we are looking for a responsible and future-oriented site manager. This practice is on the verge of a renovation and will grow into a modern location with five treatment rooms. This gives the new manager the opportunity to build a strong and professional team within the framework and support of Tandarts Today, guiding the practice through an important phase of growth and development.
