Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to take ownership of renovation and private extension projects valued between £500k - £1.5m. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional with experience running projects from groundworks through to high-end finishing. You'll be responsible for delivering jobs from start to completion, ensuring quality, safety, and timelines are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage private extension and renovation projects start to finish

• Supervise site operations and trades across all stages of the build

• Maintain strong attention to detail and ensure high-end finishes

• Enforce health & safety standards (SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid preferred)

• Coordinate site activities to deliver projects on time and to budget

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record managing private jobs/renovations end-to-end

• Hands-on experience from groundworks through to decorating stage

• Must hold a full UK driving licence

• Preferred: SMSTS/SSSTS, First Aid, CSCS

• Strong leadership, organisation, and problem-solving skills
