What we're looking for?

You're the ideal candidate if you know yourself as dynamic, optimistic, rigorous, and meet the following:

• Expertise: Higher education (Electrotehnică / Automatizări) and minimum 5 years of construction site management (electrical installations and/or automation).
• Leadership:You've successfully coordinated large teams (20+ people) and know how to maintain discipline and morale.
• Vision:You have the ability to see the overall work, without losing sight of critical technical details, avoiding resource waste on minor aspects.
• Diplomacy:You have the ability to build and manage good relationships with other partners in the construction site, regardless of whether the conversation language is Romanian or English
• Mobility:You're available to coordinate projects of any size anywhere in Europe. Europe (presence on-site ~90% of the time).

Your role:

• Organize work so that resources (people, materials, time) are used efficiently, with strict respect for the Budget of Income and Expenses (BVC).
• Your main objective is to rigorously control costs. You know that team efficiency is the key to profitability.
• You're the link between Eltrex, client, and other companies in the construction site. The project's success depends on the quality of relationships you build and maintain.
• Responsible for safety and healthof your team, ensuring respect for SSM, environmental, and PSI norms. At the same time, pay attention to employees' well-being and intervene promptly in situations that may affect their health.
• You're the guarantor of Eltrex's image. Everything that happens on-site reflects the company's values - from team behavior and site cleanliness, to safety norms, protective equipment, and work program, you set the tone for professionalism.
