About us
At Alterga, we deliver critical HV/MV infrastructure projects, including high-voltage substations and grid modernization.
Tasks
- Lead and coordinate HV/MV substation construction projects
- Manage site teams, subcontractors, schedules and resources
- Ensure compliance with HSE, quality and project requirements
- Monitor construction progress, documentation and material deliveries
- Deliver projects safely, on time and within budget
Profile
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HV/MV, substation or power infrastructure projects
- Relevant site management qualifications and electrical authorizations
- Good English and German communication skills
- Driving licence category B
