Site Manager - Hungarian speaker Fire Alarm

Now, we’re looking for a Site Manager who’s ready to lead on-site operations, take responsibility and grow with a supportive team that has your back. The role requires the desire to travel in Europe and to be on sites 99% from the working time.

What you’ll be doing:

• Manage and oversee on-site operations from start to finish, ensuring smooth coordination of daily activities
• Supervise subcontractors and in-house installation teams, including scheduling, motivation and training
• Inspect and approve material deliveries, prepare material requests and ensure proper storage and handling
• Monitor project timelines, prepare execution schedules and keep work progress on track
• Document site activities, including diaries, delivery notes, reports, analyses and communicate with management
• Participate in weekly site meetings, construction coordination discussions and liaise with client representatives
• Lead and supervise system installation, testing and commissioning processes
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, safety and health regulations for all site personnel
• Collaborate closely with project managers, designers and stakeholders to resolve technical or execution issues
• Represent the company during inspections, handovers and interactions with authorities, investors and insurers.

We're looking for someone who has:

• A technical mindset with a background in low current systems (secondary or higher education)
• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics or related Engineering discipline
• Intermediate English communication skills & Advanced or Native Hungarian speaker
• Confidence in AutoCAD and MS Office
• Category B driving licence
• Excellent planning, coordination and organizational abilities
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Extra points if you have:

• Experience as a site manager in construction
• Familiarity with industry standards and SAP
• Strong knowledge of low current systems: CCTV, Access Control.
