- Manage all on-site construction activity from start to handover
- Lead and coordinate subcontractors, trades, and site supervisors
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
- Maintain project schedule, resourcing, and reporting
- Resolve site issues promptly to minimise disruptions
- Contribute to commissioning and project close-out phases
What you need?
- Formal construction qualifications (i.e. construction management, quantity surveying, engineering)
- 2+ years experience as a Site Manager, supervising commercial or residential construction projects in Australia
- Currently reside or desire to relocate to Wangarrata
- Experience in working in a Tier 2 or Tier 3 builder environment
- Experience on defence, government or remote-environment projects
