Site Manager (Glencore)

A Vacancy exists for a Site Manager in the Mining Division based in North – West, Glencore Western Chrome Mine . The suitable candidate’s main responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to, the following: Security advice to clients Threat and Risk assessments/Reporting. Client liaison and professional client relationship. Manpower management and rostering. Effectively dealing with and managing client complaints. Ensure that contractual requirements are always met. Incident and incident response planning. Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with contractual requirements. Provide guidance on security protocols and procedures. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders and internal departments. Manage and coordinate the activities of a team of Site Managers. Ensure that all site operations are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures. Identify and report any potential risks or hazards. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with contractual requirements. Provide support and guidance to other Site Managers as required.
