Job description

We're looking for an experienced Fit Out Site Manager to deliver retail projects in live environments. You'll lead site teams, coordinate trades, manage stakeholders, and ensure minimal disruption while maintaining safety and quality.

Key Requirements:

Proven fit out experience in live retail environments
Strong WHS and safety compliance
Skilled in scheduling, programming, and site coordination
Ability to manage subcontractors and on-site teams
Excellent stakeholder management and communication
Relevant construction/trade qualifications and certifications
