Site Manager - Construction

For construction sites based in Belgium, the Netherlands, and France:

In collaboration with Project Managers and your supervisor, the Principal Site Manager:

• You prepare, provision, and operational follow-up of construction sites;
• You ensure cost tracking and compliance with deliveries;
• You optimize team schedules;
• You ensure good communication between partners (clients, architects, study offices, main contractors).

Through the effective and qualitative management of your team:

• You ensure implementation of health, safety, and environmental requirements;
• You concretize client requirements and quality procedures;
• You ensure respect for execution deadlines.

In collaboration with the Health, Safety & Environment, Quality, People, and Maintenance departments:

• You are an information relay for your teams, particularly regarding internal procedures;
• You participate in team training and evaluation;
• You promote company values, particularly respect;
• You maintain a high level of cleanliness and operability of equipment.
