Site Manager / Construction Engineer (Romania)

Ali Spa Company operating in the construction and infrastructure sectors seeks a Site Manager to be inserted into its organizational structure for the operational management of ongoing projects in Romania. The selected candidate will initially be trained at the Italian headquarters of the company and, subsequently, will be assigned to one or more active sites in Romania, with logistical and organizational support provided by the company.

Main responsibilities:

• Technical supervision of site activities respecting time, cost, and quality
• Coordination of labor forces and subcontracting companies
• Management of technical and accounting documentation for the site
• Verification of compliance with workplace safety regulations
• Ongoing communication with the works director, project manager, and client
• Preparation of progress reports on work

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Building Engineering or similar
• Prior experience in managing construction sites or infrastructure projects
• Availability for extended travel and/or relocation to Romania
• Good knowledge of the English language
• Organizational skills, proactivity, and problem-solving ability
