Site Manager Cinema 80-100% (m/f/d)
With great commitment and passion, you actively contribute to the success of the two blue Cinema operations in Lucerne. You are responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the Maxx in Emmenbrücke, including the Sportsbar and Bowling, as well as the Capitol in Lucerne. You actively participate in operations and enjoy taking responsibility. As our businesses are open seven days a week, you are willing to work flexibly in a 7-day operation. Our main business takes place primarily in the evenings and on weekends.
Your Area of Responsibility
Responsibility for the operational and business management of the two operations as well as active participation in daily business
Main responsibility for customer- and service-oriented service
Recruitment, onboarding, and leadership of the team
Needs- and goal-oriented personnel scheduling with foresight, taking budget guidelines into account
Checking and processing time tracking
Development of new processes and concepts
Compliance with and control of hygiene regulations according to HACCP as well as the legal regulations of the L-GAV
Organization and execution of events
Close exchange with the Area Manager, Food & Beverage Manager, and the operations managers of the other locations
Professional complaint management
Organization and control of quality-oriented inventory management, including supplier management and inventory taking
Your Profile
Successfully completed vocational training or proven professional experience in the gastronomy, hotel, or cinema industry
Several years of management experience in a comparable position
Further training in Gastro Basic Seminar 1 or 2 is an advantage
Cinema experience is a big plus but not a must
With your positive charisma and high social competence, you inspire our guests and employees anew every day

You remain calm even in hectic situations and act with foresight and consideration
As a team player, you proactively share your knowledge and show active helpfulness
