We’re working with a Canberra-based construction company expanding into QLD, delivering high-quality government & defence fit-out projects up to $10M.

- $140K – $160K + Super (Negotiable)

- Manage and drive fit-out projects up to $10M
- Oversee site operations and subcontractors
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget & safely
- Work closely with PMs, clients, and consultants
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on fit-out or refurbishment projects
- Background in government & defence projects highly regarded
- Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills
- A proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving
