Site Manager

Ali Spa ALI - Employment Agency for the job on behalf of an important client company, we are looking for a Site Manager. The selected resource will have the responsibility to coordinate and manage all activities related to site direction, ensuring compliance with schedules and quality standards. Main responsibilities: - Site direction and supervision: manage all operational phases, from initial planning to final delivery to the customer. - Job management: coordinate all site activities, supervising worker work and monitoring project progress. - Inspections and surveys: conduct on-site verifications, analyzing and identifying any criticalities or non-conformities. - Team coordination: supervise, motivate and support workers, ensuring a high level of efficiency and quality. - Documentation management: take care of all administrative and documentary aspects, including permits and necessary communications. - Reports with customers and stakeholders: maintain constant communication with the customer, providing updates on site progress and resolving any issues that may arise. Required qualifications: - Diploma in Site Management or equivalent title. - Previous experience in managing sites, preferably in medium/large-scale contexts. - In-depth knowledge of technical and administrative documentation related to sites, including permits and authorizations. - Self-motivated. - Excellent coordination and supervision skills for site personnel. - High organizational capacity and strong result-oriented mindset. - Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing situations.
