We’re seeking an experienced Site Manager to deliver a medical centre refurbishment project in Brisbane. This is a contract role that starts immediately
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day site operations and coordinate all trades.
- Oversee program delivery, safety, and quality standards.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth delivery.
- Maintain strict WHS compliance and site documentation.
- Proven experience managing live environment projects – ideally within healthcare or commercial refurbishments.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage trades efficiently within occupied or sensitive sites.
- Available to start mid-October and commit for the full 2-month duration.
