Site Manager - Landmark Luxury Development (South Sydney)
$300k-$350k Package | Developer-Builder | Ramsgate Location
Projected Resources is partnering with a leading Sydney developer-builder to find an experienced Site Manager to lead delivery on a significant new lifestyle precinct in Ramsgate — a design-led, high-end project incorporating luxury accommodation, wellness, hospitality and premium architectural detailing.
This is a rare opportunity to join a stable, privately owned builder with full control of their pipeline, award-winning design capability, and a reputation for exceptional craftsmanship.
The Role

- Daily site management across safety, quality and programme
- Driving subcontractor performance and maintaining site discipline
- Managing structures through to detailed finishes
- Coordinating trades, logistics and sequencing
- Ensuring compliance with HSEQ and environmental standards
- Maintaining strong communication with the internal team, consultants and stakeholders
- Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering large, complex or high-end projects
- Strong understanding of structures, finishes and services coordination
- Ability to lead teams and subcontractors to premium quality outcomes
- Strong communication, planning and problem-solving skills
- A commitment to safety, quality and doing things properly
- $300k-$350k package
- Developer-builder with total pipeline control (no reliance on winning tenders)
