Site Maintenance Lead – Barneveld

Site Maintenance Lead – Barneveld

The role
Voor our location in Barneveld are we looking for a self-motivated and technically skilled Site Maintenance Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for the technical management of the site, where you will oversee external service providers and make technical choices that contribute to the reliability and safety of our operation.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders and contractors to effectively plan and execute maintenance activities and technical projects. You are responsible for setting up and monitoring the maintenance policy, initiating improvements, and realizing investment projects.

Tasks and responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise external parties for maintenance and technical services.
• Develop and implement a maintenance plan, including preventive maintenance and fault handling.
• Lead technical projects and investments (Capex), including budget monitoring and quality control.
• Ensure safety and compliance in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Advise on technical improvements and optimizations.
• Function as a technical point of contact for internal departments such as operations, QHSE, and supply chain.
  

Requirements

• A completed MBO-4 education in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or comparable.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in technical management or maintenance, preferably within the logistics or food industry.
• Experience with building-bound installations, cooling technology and industrial infrastructure.
• Proven experience in supervising contractors and managing technical projects.
• Good command of Dutch and English language.
• Self-motivated, decisive and able to prioritize in a dynamic environment.
