Site Maintenance Assistant Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Maintenance Assistant Manager / Senior engineer to lead our Site maintenance team and ensure trouble free modular housing projects at customer’s site.

The ideal candidate must have a strong background in interior works, finishings and expertise in troubleshooting of Electricals, Mechanical and Plumbing (MEP) systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Train, Lead and manage the site maintenance team and ensure effective coordination and completion of the site maintenance works at scheduled time.

• MEP Troubleshooting: Identify, analyze and resolve the issues related to Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedule to up keep the modular houses, offices and villas in good conditions at various sites.
• Conduct root cause analysis of maintenance issues and provide effective, long-term solutions.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations.
• Should be able to identify the required material to address customer complaints and coordinate with stores, contractors and suppliers for maintenance-related services and raw materials if required.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, issue reports and suggest improvements.
• Coordinate with the site installation team to understand whether the similar problems if any noticed during installations.
• Identify opportunities to enhance processes, reduce operational costs, and improve overall efficiency.
• This role requires a proactive approach, strong leadership skills and the ability to work in a dynamic site environment. If you have hands-on experience in site maintenance works like MEP troubleshooting will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge on Computers operation.
• Good knowledge on estimation and costing of material and manpower required for each site works.
