You will be responsible for: • Leading and managing a small team of staff and volunteers, ensuring they have the support and resources they need to thrive • Developing and implementing effective strategies to achieve outstanding results • Building strong relationships with stakeholders, including local authorities, schools, and community partners • Collaborating with colleagues across the organisation to share best practice and drive continuous improvement • Maintaining accurate records and reporting on key performance indicators • Participating in regular team meetings and contributing to decision-making processes.
