Role Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Sr. Executive / Lead to spearhead our Solid Waste Management (SWM) projects and field operations. You will be the key driver in ensuring operational excellence, stakeholder satisfaction, and the successful execution of our door-to-door waste collection services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Management & Operations

Lead, plan, and manage SWM projects to ensure smooth execution from planning to completion.

Oversee daily operations across assigned wards, ensuring strict compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Supervise manpower deployment for a team of 100+, monitor productivity, and maintain high efficiency.

Identify and resolve operational challenges with effective, on-ground solutions.

2. Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination

Liaise with government officials, municipal bodies, and local authorities for project execution and compliance.

Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.

3. Logistics & Resource Management

Oversee end-to-end logistics for waste collection and transportation, ensuring route optimization.

Manage fleet operations, vehicle scheduling, and maintenance for maximum operational uptime.

Track and optimize the utilization of workforce, vehicles, and equipment for cost-effectiveness.

4. Monitoring & Reporting

Track project progress against defined timelines, budgets, and KPIs.

Utilize advanced Excel (Vlookup, Pivot Tables) to analyze data and drive operational improvements.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Experience: 5+ years in Solid Waste Management, Logistics, or Transport operations.

Leadership: Proven experience in managing a large team of 100+ members.

Technical: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Vlookup, Pivot Tables) is mandatory.

Field Role: Must have own conveyance and be willing to travel extensively for field activities and government meetings.

Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with app-based monitoring tools and government liaisoning is highly preferred.
