Site HR Manager - Construction Sector

Important international reality operating in the infrastructure and large works sector is looking for a Site HR Manager to manage operational HR activities on strategic construction sites located between Piedmont and Liguria. The figure will be inserted into a dynamic and structured context, with the objective of ensuring correct HR process management on site, in close collaboration with Central HR Direction and Canteen Functions. Responsibilities - Complete personnel management on site: administration, contractual matters, attendance, shifts, travel - Coordination of onboarding and offboarding activities - Support in managing labor relations and correctly applying labor law regulations - Monitoring of regulatory compliance and company policies - Interface with external entities and employment consultants for administrative and legal matters - Production of HR reports and analysis of personnel data - Collaboration with HSE and Operations to ensure integration between functions Your Profile - Consolidated experience in HR hard, preferably in industrial, construction or infrastructure contexts - Excellent knowledge of Italian labor law and main applicable collective contracts - Autonomous management capacity of HR processes in operational and complex environments - Availability for future territorial mobility on other construction sites - Good relational, organizational and problem-solving skills - Knowledge of digital HR tools and software is welcome Initial location: Alessandria area #LI-ND1 Sector: Engineering Role: Human Resources
