The Role
As Site Manager, you’ll oversee the delivery of premium office fit out projects from start to finish — ensuring smooth site operations, safety, quality, and client satisfaction. You’ll work closely with experienced Project Managers and Directors who provide hands-on support and guidance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day site activities, subcontractors, and trades
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to quality standards
- Maintain site safety and compliance
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and project teams
- Coordinate fit out works and ensure seamless project delivery
- 3+ years’ experience as a Site Manager in commercial fit outs or refurbishments
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Excellent eye for detail and quality
- QBCC Site Supervisor Licence preferred
- Ability to manage multiple trades and tight timelines
- Supportive, approachable Directors who genuinely value their team
- Long-term career progression and ongoing project pipeline
- Collaborative team culture with open communication
- Competitive salary $150k - $170k + Super
