Job Description Site Foreman – Civil Infrastructure Hawke’s Bay We’re looking for an experienced Site Foreman to join a busy civil contractor delivering a strong pipeline of drainage and infrastructure projects across Hawke’s Bay. This isn’t small repetitive work you’ll be involved in subdivisions, commercial developments and large-scale civil infrastructure projects with a contractor that’s known for running quality jobs and backing good people. If you’re someone who leads from the front, keep your team motivated and focused on delivering results. You will be responsible for overseeing site activities, ensuring compliance with safety procedures, managing site resources, coordinating with other teams and stakeholders, and providing input to project planning and delivery. This is a hands-on role that requires strong communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
