As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with project managers, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to coordinate all aspects of the construction process. Responsibilities * Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish. * Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. * Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations. * Coordinate with contractors and other stakeholders. * Prepare and submit progress reports. * Review and approve construction plans and specifications. * Resolve any issues that arise during the construction process. * Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control. * Manage and supervise on-site personnel. * Maintain accurate project records. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. * Proven experience as a Site Engineer. * Strong knowledge of construction processes and methods. * Excellent project management and organizational skills. * Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications. * Proficiency in project management software. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure. * Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
