Site Engineer (h-f-x)
Job description
The site engineer works closely with the project manager to whom he reports on his activities. He is responsible:
- for the proper execution of work (supervision and coordination)
- for quality (application of quality plan and quality system)
- for setting up and organizing his site (logistics, materials, access control and cleanliness…)
- for respecting social legislation (SOCOGETRA workers and subcontractors)
- for establishing the personnel schedule
- for finding optimal solutions oriented towards clients, taking into account deadlines and imperatives
- for respecting and controlling certification systems – VCA and ISO standards (safety, quality, environment)
- for respecting quality, production, budget, and performance objectives
- for managing qualitative and quantitative materials, equipment, and supplies
- for tasks assigned to team leaders and site employees
In addition, he ensures that all information necessary for establishing the monthly cost price and expense allocation is transmitted to relevant services. He establishes a progress report and monthly metrics. He also attends construction meetings.
