Site Engineer – SSTOM Project About Us: The Parklife Metro consortium, in partnership with the NSW Government, is delivering one of Western Sydney’s most transformative infrastructure projects as part of the Sydney Metro – Western Sydney Airport line. Our consortium—featuring Plenary, RATP Dev, Siemens, and Webuild—is delivering this once-in-a-generation project under the Stations, Systems, Trains, Operations and Maintenance (SSTOM) package. This includes six new stations, a stabling and maintenance facility, and associated infrastructure works. As part of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all site-based activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with our project’s quality and environmental standards. Your key responsibilities will include: • Coordinating and supervising site-based activities to ensure compliance with project requirements and procedures; • Conducting regular site inspections to identify and report any potential hazards or defects; • Developing and implementing site-specific safety plans and procedures; • Collaborating with other stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and internal teams, to achieve project objectives; • Providing technical support and guidance to site-based personnel; • Maintaining accurate records of site activities, incidents, and near-misses.
