Site Engineer

Purpose of the Job:

The Site Engineer will coordinate and monitor electrical installation work on site, ensuring that these are executed in accordance with the technical project, current regulations, and execution schedule. They will be the interface between the execution team, project manager, and design team, having an essential role in implementing the project on site.

Main Responsibilities:

• Monitor the execution of electrical works (MT/JT, boards, ground connections, etc.) according to the project and technical standards.
• Ensure compliance with quality norms, SSM, and environmental regulations on site.
• Participate in quantitative and qualitative verification of executed work.
• Coordinate labor teams and subcontractors, providing technical and organizational support on site.
• Ensure the good implementation of project modifications (DDE, RFI, technical clarifications).
• Prepare work reports, daily reports, partial hidden work process-verbal, and partial reception verbal.
• Ensure the interface between site and project management (Project Manager, Technical Execution Responsible, Design Engineer, etc.).
• Participate in site meetings and follow the execution plan.
• Sustain tests, verifications, and commissioning along with technical teams (PRAM, SCADA, boards, etc.).
• Manage material orders and resources, collaborate with procurement department.
• Contribute to the preparation of the as-built file and documentation for final reception.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in technical studies (electric/electrical profile – mandatory).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in site work (electrical installations, energy, EPC, etc.).
• Knowledge of reading and interpreting electrical project drawings.
• ANRE II B authorization represents an advantage.
• Good knowledge of MS Office; AutoCAD – constitutes an advantage.
• Driving license category B – availability for travel.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
