Site Engineer (Civil & Interiors)

Role Overview

We are hiring Site Engineers to manage day-to-day execution, client coordination, and vendor management for civil and interior projects. Candidates should have a strong technical background, communication skills, and hands-on site management experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Protocol Adherence: Ensure all site operations are conducted as per company protocols and project requirements.
  
• Communication: Interact with clients (basic English required) and labor teams (multi-language) to ensure smooth execution.
  
• Site Management: Interpret project scope, brief backend teams for cost proposals, and ensure proper vendor deployment.
  
• Vendor Evaluation: Assess and rate vendor capabilities for execution efficiency.
  
• Scope Assessment: Evaluate client requirements, prepare technical inputs, and update backend teams for cost and execution planning.
  
• Reporting: Maintain regular updates on progress, challenges, and material requirements.
  

Skills Required

• Strong technical knowledge in civil & interior works
  
• Excellent problem-solving and on-site decision-making skills
  
• Ability to manage contractors, vendors, and labor teams
  
• Good communication and reporting skills
  
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD/MS Project/Excel preferred
