Site Engagement Manager (SEM), Immunology (Belgium)
Job description
Territory: Belgium, The Netherlands, UK and France The Site Engagement Manager (SEM) is responsible for providing operational expertise to sites through ownership/management of Site Engagement Strategy. The scope of this role includes the following: Duties and Responsibilities: • Define and implement strategies for engaging clinical sites and investigators. • Characterize and understand the attributes of a good clinical site versus a poor performing site. • Engage clinical sites to develop building blocks for successful site engagement. • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including site personnel, investigators, and other relevant parties. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication. • Identify and prioritize opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed. • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. • Provide training and support to sites on Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and other relevant regulations. • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the clinical trial landscape, including competitor activity and market trends. • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in site engagement and management. • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of site performance metrics and other key indicators.
